The Alchemy of Voice

Dear Alchemediums,

We are fast approaching the yearly natural cycle of the WINTER SOLSTICE, and what a perfect time to celebrate this past year with an act of GRATITUDE.

Gratitude is an immensely powerful force within the Universe. Giving thanks for the gifts we receive creates a galvanizing agent that helps to expand happiness; in turn this creates more loving relationships, the experience of greater abundance, and improved health.

Gratitude is a state of being in which we feel connected to everything created by and of the Source. This knowledge brings a fullness of heart that truly recognizes the blessings of Nature as love.

Love ultimately gives birth to the essence of wholeness, for it is a vibration that emanates from the centre of the Source. Look at this anagram:

L=Living

O=One

V=Vibrational

E=Energy

Our present time is when we can all feel our hearts full of the great gifts we have received – from our quickened lives at Christmas, our friends and colleagues support, and our dear ones love. These forces tune us into being the folk we wish to be, so that we may remember:  “I am a little world made cunningly of the four elements and an angelic sprite.”  JOHN DONNE

Let us be grateful for the acknowledgement of our spiritual lives, praising the substance of the Divine within our Human-ness.

Practicing gratitude is one of the most effective ways of getting in touch with Soul, because when we feel grateful our ego just gets out of the way. Also, when we are grateful we let go of fear and limiting beliefs, and ultimately connect with the Divine flow of the Universe.

Here is a way of connecting thus:

Move to your SACRED SPACE and turn off your telephone and computer. Light a candle and burn some incense, to acknowledge your intention to the Universe that this is to be a special time for meditation and prayer.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, bring your energy to your heart and sound AH – the vowel that resonates a frequency within the Secret Chamber of your Heart. Now think of everything you are in GRATITUDE of . . . all the people you share love with, the gifts of your life, and the tender mercies that the Nature of Life has given you this past year. Sit quietly and dwell on as many things you can think of to be grateful for. Experience the love, the compassion, the knowing, the creativity and the sense of connection that GRATITUDE brings into your heart from Father Heaven and from Mother Earth.

Breathe in huge THANKS, and say through your signature note, “Every decision I make is a choice between grievance and a miracle. I let go of the grievance and I choose the miraculous.”

After a few minutes, slowly come back to the present by opening your senses. When you open your eyes, once more sound AH through your heart with the love of the Universe shining through you.
